These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of qBraid websites, products, services, and events (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services may link to or depend on third-party services. qBraid is not responsible for third-party content, terms, or policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. qBraid does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, qBraid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless qBraid and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
